Goals of A Mindful Mind

A Mindful Mind is here to provide relevant information to anyone that suffers from mental illness or simply wants to learn about it.  You'll find articles, poems, tips, first-hand experiences and many other posts meant to help you get though tough times.  If there's a topic you'd like to see addressed, feel free to comment on this post and I'll post about it as soon as I can.

The topics I will discuss the most are depression, anxiety, panic attacks, bipolar disorder and borderline personality disorder, however I don't want to be limited to those topics.  Anything related to mental health is open for discussion.  I'd love your input, so please comment anything you'd like to learn more about.

Oftentimes, very valuable information is shared through comments and reader input.  I understand that anxiety can make these interactions difficult so my next post will be about how to manage anxiety on social media.  Remember, you're not alone in these fears.  This is a safe place to comment your thoughts and struggles.  I will be very closely monitoring this blog.  Any forms of bullying will be deleted.  If you feel uncomfortable with any of the content or comments, please don't hesitate to send me an email privately if that feels more comfortable to you.  My email is AMindfulMind@gmail.com and I will respond to every message I receive.
